ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Any order placed on the site sophiedumont.com entails express acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase.
Sophie Dumont reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time without notice. However, the applicable general conditions of sale will be those in force at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

ARTICLE 6: WITHDRAWAL – SATISFIED, REFUNDED GUARANTEE
