Museum Quesnel Morinieres
The weekend outing. Two meetings for book lovers, Saturday 23 November 2019: with an artist who paints them, at the museum, and with three authors, at the Il é thé une fois tea room.
What ?
Two meetings coincide on Saturday, which will be of interest to book lovers. The museum first offers to meet Sophie Dumont, a painter who expresses her love of books through several canvases, in the exhibition presented at the museum. Later, it is the tearoom in rue Saint-Nicolas which offers to meet three authors from Manch, Françoise Savereux, Jeanne Sélène and the young Coutance Lydiane Arnoult, for readings and dedications.
For who ?
The exhibition is open to everyone, of course. As for readings and dedications, young people are particularly welcome since two of the authors write for young people: Jeanne Sélène and Françoise Savereux, the latter also illustrating her own children's books.
Where and when ?
The meeting with the painter Sophie Dumont is scheduled from 2:30 p.m. at the Quesnel-Morinière museum. The dedications and readings at the Il é thé une fois tea room, 61, rue Saint-Nicolas, begin around 3 p.m.
How much ?
The meeting at the museum, like the meeting with the authors, is free.
